Renting Conditions

DRIVER INFORMATION
Only the individuals that is represented in the form of the contract and delivery can drive the vehicle that you rented. If the third person, who is not represented in the contract, drives the car and accounts for some damages they might occur, any damage assurance is invalid. To increase the number of drivers for the rented vehicle, you can purchase our “Extra Driver” service. Only two drivers can be included in the contract. The vehicle renting can be done within the conditions of age and the validation year of driving licence that is determined in the vehicle packs. By meeting the conditions, you can purchase the ‘Young driver’ service package and make your rentings unde the conditions of the package. Young driver service package also contains “Maximum Security” service. You can get the information about the price of the “Young Driver Service Package” from our booking center and our offices.

Conditions of Age and Driving Licence Year
The information of minimum age (thirty) and the driving licence year is stated in the table down below. Both the tenant and the drivers/extra drivers must provide these conditions.

LEASING TERMS
Our vehicles can be rented for at least fourty-eight hours daily, and thirty days monthly.
In case of any delay:
•1 hour and over delay, 1/3 of your current car rental fee
•2 hours and over delay, 2/3 of your current car rental fee
•3 hours and over delay, your valid daily rental fee for that day will be added to your contract and the collection of them will be made from your credit card.

FUEL
Please deliver us the vehicle with the same fuel level as you receive from us. In case of being delivered with the underfuel level, in addition to missing fuel cost, 30% of missing fuel cost will be collected by adding it to the service charge. 

VEHICLE DELIVERY
Returning to Branch:
The “One Way” fee will be charged if you wish to return the vehicle to a branch in a different city from the branch your rented the vehicle.

Receiving From The Address and Delivering To The Address:
Up to 30 kilometers from our branch, vehicle receive and delivery is free of charge. Up to 50 kilometers, 30 TL charge per rental will be collected. In case of more than 50 kilometers, please take your car from our branch and/or deliver the vehicle you rented to our branch.

INSURANCE AND ASSURANCE
Our vehicle insurances vary according to campaigns and prices. The details of the insurance is indicated in the contract and the delivery from. To get the information about the extra insurance fees and their limits you may need to know, you can consult our booking center or our branch which you will rent a vehicle. The informations about the insurance and the assurance that we take into service as follows:
•Mini – Damage Insurance: The insurance that offers you the advantage of  providing repair with a tenant statement in case of damages below the determined amount.
•Personal Accident Insurance: The insurance that ensures that the driver and other people in the vehicle are covered by the insurance limits.
•Senior Financial Liability Insurance: The insurance that covers the damages in the limits of the compulsory liability (traffic) insurance against the additional third parties.
•Maximum Responsibility Insurance: The insurance that covers mini damages, Personal Accident Insurance and Senior Liability Insurance.

TRAFFIC FINES
Any traffic fine payments (including the use of faulty tolls on bridges and highways) resulting from non-compliance with traffic rules will be made from the credit card of the tenant that is named in the contract.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS
 The vehicle rental fee, extra product and service charges, as well as the warrant amount are collected in advance from the credit card of the tenant at the beginning of the hire. Depending on the difference in fees that may occur at the end of the rental, credit card is collected or returned. The tenant has to be at our branch and extra-driver or credit card belonging to different person is not accepted. Except for Economic, Middle and Comfort vehicle groups, double credit cards must be submitted in all vehicle groups.

Warrant Charge:
Except for the vehicle rental fee, the warrant amounts, which are determined by vehicle groups and vary between 300 Turkish Liras  and 2.000 Turkish Liras, are collected from the tenant's personal credit card at the beginning of the hire.

BOOKING CANCELLATION AND ALTERATION
 Pre-Payment and After Payment Bookings:
In the pre-payment or after-payment bookings, except for the vehicle, vehicle group and branch alteration; you can change the booking date, add extra product or remove them. Some alterations may lead to some price differences. In case the vehicle, vehicle group, branch change is requested, the original reservation has to be canceled.

Renting Early Returns:
If the vehicle is returned before the reservation dates range after the start of the rental, the price is re-calculated based on the number of days the vehicle will be used. If there is less than the amount that is collected, the difference is refunded. If there is a charge more than the amount that is collected, then no overdrawn is taken.

Extending the Rental:
If the rental request is longer than the reservation dates range after the rental starts, the additional fee that will be formed after the price is calculated again by the system is collected from the credit card that our customer’s present at the beginning of the rental.

No-Show Application:
If the vehicle is not picked up at the pick-up time specified in the booking, the vehicle won’t be guaranteed. In case of a delay, you can make your payments by using our secure collection system via our internet or booking center before your arrival at our branch. The booking for no-show will be canceled after 4 hours.

IMPORTANT WARNINGS
•In case of any damage, you must notify the emergency hotline and inform your Traffic Police or Traffic Gendarmerie teams without moving your vehicle and take an Alcohol Report with Police Report to ensure that your insurance is valid. If persons who have been involved in an accident that has been damaged or damaged in the event of an accident have agreed on how the accident occurred. “Accident resulting in material damage Report” may also be arranged.
•In case the vehicle is stolen, the police must be called and the “Theft Detection Report” must be taken. With the report that you received, the vehicle's key must be delivered to us.
•In case of any accident, any car breakdown, any blowout situation or if your car is stolen, or in case you need any kind of emergency assistance, you can call our “Emergency Help” hotline that’s serving all over Turkey for 24/7. The number is 0212 235 35 93.
•Our insurances that we presented to you are not valid outside the borders of Turkey as our vehicles are forbidden to be taken out of the border within Turkey. Please check your delivery form and contract.
•The renter is to pay for anything in terms of mechanic or electrical damage caused by misuse and/or carelessness, improvidence and etc ( not being limited by the listed, transmission failure caused by faulty gear shift, and damage caused by keeping on using the vehicle even though warning lights indications, any damge caused by striking the downside of the vehicle, damaging the parts such as tires or rims of the vehicle, malfunction or damage caused by the fuel and etc) on the healthy vehicle that he recieved. All the damage and detriment (including mechanic and electrical damage) is not covered by any insurence or assurances.

•Your cars rental booking has been confirmed in the vehicle group and no brand and/or model certainty is provided.
•The winter tire option is available as an additional product and is free of charge. Winter tires vary by region and branch and they are limited in stock.
•During the monthly rental, any document presentation that represents your address confirmation is needed.
