Yes, you can check the prices and suitabilities of the vehicles through our website before the renting.

Can ı get additional service and products through renting?

Yes, you can get our additional services on vehicle renting from our website.

I’ve comleted my reservation, where do ı check the conformation from?

A conformation mail will be sent  to your e-mail that you stated throughout your renting process.

I’ve decided the vehicle and the price ı want, how do ı make the payment?

All the renting that you do from our website will be done with you calling our central office through the number 0212 361 0 350.

I’m going to use a credit card, is there an installment option?

We do not have an installment option on vehicle renting operations.

Which documents do ı need to have with me on my way to receiving my vehicle from the office?

You need to have your driving license, and a valid credit card on your name for pre-provision application.

What should ı do in a case of accident?

You should get alcahol and traffic report due to conditions of renting and insurence. Please check terms and conditions of renting to get detailed information

I want to return my vehicle to some other office from the one ı received it, will ı be fined with any extra charges?

You will not be fined with any extra charges if the offices of receiving and returning are the same. If not, you will be fined extra depending on the distance between the offices.
